Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand goals and objectives.
- Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, and more.
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into creative design solutions that communicate brand messages effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to consistently deliver cutting-edge designs.
- Work closely with content creators, web developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients, incorporating feedback and refining designs to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work that demonstrates creativity, originality, and technical expertise.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
